Easy and Moist Red Velvet
Ingredients
(A) 2 cup plain flour ( remove 1 spoon & replace with corn flour)
1 Tb cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bikarbonat
1 tsp fine salt
(Mixed (A) the dry ingredients above and sieve twice) (B) 1 1/4 cup castor sugar 1 cup Corn Oil 2 Large egg 1 tsp vanilla essence
(Mixed (B) and stir until well combines by using whisk) (C) 1 cup buttermilk( milk + 1 Tb vinegar) 1 Tb red velvet food colouring (Mixed (C) and leave for 10mins) 1/4 cup hot water 1 Tb vinegar/ lemon juice Cara cara: * pukul bahan gula minyak esen dan telur guna whisk *masukkan bahan tepung yg diayak td diselang seli dgn buttermilk,kacau sebati *masukkan air panas bsama jus lemon,kacau sebati *sediakan loyang 8x8 atau 9x9 *alas loyang *masukkan adunan kek *panaskan oven *bakar suhu 160 40 min atau hingga masak
